Gareth was Born in Neath 1960’s, and grew up in Port Talbot, with a background in the the Welsh Judo Association and Rugby football. After 10 years in the British military, Gareth qualified with a BSc in Podiatric Medicine at Cardiff Metropolitan University in 1997. Immediately setting up a Musculoskeletal clinic in Hong Kong, working in association with Hong Kong Chiropractor Dr Shu Yan Ng, managing a Biomechanics Gait Analysis lab and clinic. While there taking an interest and studying Traditional Chinese Medicine. 

Returning to the UK, 2015 he took up a post at the Ministry of Defence’s All Arms Defence, Medical, Rehabilitation Centre, Headley Court. Here Gareth ran the Lower Limbs Podiatry Department, tackling chronic pain, nerve and posture related injuries of injured MOD veterans. During Covid, Gareth studied Western Medical Acupuncture (Evidence based acupuncture) with the British Medical Acupuncture Society, and after much success tackling chronic pain, has now turned his professional skills to treating the increasing number of Chronic Pain and Gait & Posture problems, seen in Cardiff and our modern day society.
